I noticed results in just the first 2 weeks or less as long as I was consistent with my 3 days a week of strength training and a HIIT workout in there if I had time on a 4th day! I quickly started feeling stronger, it helped regulate my appetite, improve sleep and gave me a boost in energy that lasted all day. I didn't weigh myself much because I'm not big on the scale but I definitely lost inches as my clothes were looser and certain areas of my body visibly looked smaller in the mirror and I gained more definition. I feel very strong, I've lost lost of fat, my cardio is so improved!
I started with Jen's freebie last year (2022). I moved on, and started with Straight Up Strength, then 2.0, then 3.0, then Holiday Express. I have “showed up” every day.
My goal initially was to do SOMETHING. I am a gardener, landscaper and designer in winter, but I wasn’t really getting much cardio. I was turning 64, felt blobby and unfit. And voila, your emails. I signed up and it has now been over a year. I’m happy.
I feel very strong. I’ve lost lots of fat, my cardio is so improved, my mind is clearer, I don’t own a scale so don’t know how much weight has come off. Weight loss wasn’t a goal, really. I just wanted to feel better physically, stronger.
What I like the most is that I can do all the workouts at home. I don’t feel the stress of having to get to a gym or studio, I can set my own time. (I do all workouts in the morning before work.)
I’d recommend any of your programs to anyone looking for improving strength, getting super tightened up, and feeling like you are taking good care of yourself. By virtue of the results, I think anyone will take note of health, the effort and results, and be mindful of what they are eating and putting in their bodies. It all goes hand in hand if you take it seriously.
I keep repeating workouts from all of the programs, pick and choose, rotating upper, lower, full body. Some things are hard for me still, like push-ups and commando planks. I do what I can, push myself, and know I’ve done my best. I’ll probably get heavier weights for your next program.
But all in all, my goals are met, I’ll keep going and doing daily work. I said it before in an earlier email, that I’m grateful, so appreciative that your email showed up in my inbox. You saved me.

Aesthetic & Health…I totally agree
I want to be as healthy & strong as long as I can be, which will & should be a regular, consistent plan. I feel since the 2 week challenge, my journey began.
3.0 really kicked it into gear…I started with 8 lb weights…and have increased to 15 & 20 lb weights!! I feel like I have a whole new attitude towards exercising & how I look.
Yes, I still want to loose a some weight, but I’m not obese and I’m getting stronger. I’m getting better at exercises that were so difficult at first. Still have not mastered a few things but I’m patient.
I definitely exercise 3-4 days a week and soon will add another day…but from nothing to were I’m at now, I’ll take it.
