Hi! I'm Jen Kirsch

After years of struggling with digestive disorders and unwanted weight gain in my early 40’s, I felt like my body was betraying me.

Despite being a dedicated fitness trainer, practicing 'healthy' eating, and maintaining a vigorous workout schedule, I found myself grappling with unwanted weight gain.

For the first time in my life I was gaining weight without doing anything different. It felt like it happened overnight.

I felt like I was doing all the 'right' things I'd always done, but it wasn’t working for me at all anymore.

I took a deep dive into all things midlife health for women and developed my own system. Following the science of macro based whole foods nutrition combined with mindfulness tools, I was finally able to break through and change my body composition.

Once I made these key shifts to my lifestyle, my hormones stabilized, hot flashes diminished, my digestive discomfort disappeared and I arrived at a weight I can easily manage without deprivation or extreme workouts.


I understand macro counting can sound confusing. I will eliminate the overwhelm and walk you through the process step-by-step so you can be more confident in what you are learning.

Over the course of the six weeks you will learn how to eat to improve your body composition. Fat loss is different from weight loss and I’ll teach you how to do this without giving up the food you love or doing crazy amounts of exercise. And while I can’t guarantee you a specific number on the scale, once you implement The Mindful Macro Method you will be set up to lose fat, improve your body composition and learn how to maintain your results.

Not every woman who joins this program will have a weight loss goal., If you want to gain muscle, maintain your weight…we will cover that too! 

I have a weight loss goal. How much weight will I lose on this program?

If you need a workout plan, you have the option at checkout to add in 3 month membership in my workout app! This app will program new workouts for you to follow every 4 weeks. You'll get an email immediately after signing up with more details on this options.

Are there workouts included?

Intermittent Fasting is not a magic bullet and isn’t not appropriate for everyone. We will cover this in the program though it is not a ‘requirement’ of the program. 

Does this program include Intermittent Fasting?

No need to say goodbye to your favorites! That's the cool thing about The Mindful Macro Method, it encourages a balanced and flexible approach to nutrition. I’ll show you how to how to incorporate your favorite foods into your daily macros, making the journey enjoyable. 

Will I have to give up my favorite foods to follow the program?

You're not alone on this journey! The Mindful Macro Method includes ongoing support and coaching with me via a private community page. I’ll be there along with a community of women with similar goals to answer your questions, provide motivation, and celebrate your victories every step of the way.

What kind of support can I expect during the 6-week program?

I encourage a plant forward diet, however macros may prove difficult for you if you are 100% plant based. If you follow a more vegetarian approach, you can absolutely benefit from this program.

I’m a vegan/vegetarian, can I do this program?

No, but I have something better! I’ll teach you how to create your own meal plan so that you can hit your macros consistently.

DO you provide a meal plan to follow?

Anything that is new to use can take a little time to learn and practice. That’s the benefit to being part of a coaching program like this so that you can get your concerns and struggles addressed as they come up. The Mindful Macro Method goes beyond just counting macros and teaches you how to use mindfulness and biofeedback cues to gauge hunger and satiety. The goal is to teach you macros along with the skills of recognizing these signs in yourself so that you leave the ‘counting’ behind once you’ve mastered it. Once you have a system in place that is unique to you…you’ll feel more confidence without the tracking, weighing and measuring. 

What if I don’t want to count, weigh and measure….will I have to do that forever?

I will be coaching you through how to set your own macros so you can come away confidently understanding how to adjust them yourself

Do you set your macros for us? 

If you find that you struggle to eat while you're traveling. This program is actually a great fit for you because we will be covering that all of life calls will be recorded, and there is a closed community to interrupt and ask questions if you have them. I will be in that group every day.
